When will I receive my order?
Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2-5 working days and 3-8 working days within Europe.
NOTE! Orders placed on the weekend are sent no later than the following Monday.

Can I change / cancel my order?
Unfortunately we can not make any changes to an order that is already placed. We are very fast in handling your order and that is why we can not cancel it before it is sent.

Have you received my return?
After we have received your return, your refund will start. The refund will then be made within 1-5 days of our receipt and approval of the return.

When will I receive a refund for my return?
Repayment is made in the same way as the payment was made. After we have approved and received your return, the refund will be made within 1-5 days.

What does shipping cost?
The shipping fee is based on the package's total weight and delivery method.  

Can I pick up my order in store? 
We offer free Click & Collect to our store in Malmö.

Can I return my order in store?
It is possible to return your online order in the store, within 14 days after you have received your order. When returning to the store, a return form must be filled in on the spot and saved as a receipt until a refund has been made within 1-3 working days.
NOTE! The refund is not made in store. Repayment is made in the same way as the payment was made. After our warehouse has received your return, the refund will be made within 1-5 days.

How long do I have the right to withdraw my order?
When buying products online, you as a customer always have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the time you have received your order.
NOTE! See rules when the right of withdrawal does not apply under Complaints and Returns.

How do I make a complaint?
To complain about an item, you must fill in our complaint form here with a complete description and clear pictures of the defect.
NOTE! The complaint must be approved before it is sent back to be valid. You must always contact us within a reasonable time from the time you discover the error.
We follow current consumer protection legislation as well as guidelines from the General Complaints Board for measures and valid complaints.

How do I make a return?
1. Announce your return through the contact form here within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. A link will be sent to you with a return shipping note that will be printed and pasted on the package. The return shipping note is sent within 1-2 working days.
3. Attach a copy of the return confirmation in the return sent to us.
4. Pack and pack your package well in the original packaging with sticky labels.
5. Refund is made within 1-5 working days in the same way as the payment was made. The refund will only start when your return has arrived at our warehouse.
NOTE! You as a customer are responsible for return shipping, delivery and the condition of the goods upon return. The products must be in their original packaging with all labels on. AB Småland is not responsible for any transport damage that occurs during returns, so send your return well packaged.

Does it cost anything to make a return?
The return shipping fee is based on the weight of the package:
1-2 kg: 69 kr
2-5 kg: 99 kr
5 kg: 149 kr

Why do I have to pay the shipping cost?
Our shipping fee is part of our sustainable thinking. By being transparent in the cost of a delivery, we hope that more people make conscious purchases and thereby reduce the number of returns. So instead of including the delivery cost in the product price, we have chosen that you as a customer see and pay for the shipping.

How do I pause my Klarna invoice?
You can pause your payment by logging in to your Klarna account or to your Klarna app with your Bank ID. By going to the payment and pressing "report return", you pause your payment at no extra cost until your return has passed. As soon as the return has been handled, you will receive an update from Klarna. Your invoice has either been canceled or updated with a new amount.

Can I exchange items in my order?
We do not offer exchanges because we can not guarantee that items are in stock when your return shipment reaches us. However, you are more than welcome to return the item you do not want to keep and get a full refund and then place a new order with the item you want instead.
NOTE! You are responsible for the return cost.

What happens if I do not pick up my package?
In the event of an uncollected package, a return cost and a administration fee of SEK 149 will be added. The return cost is based on the size of the package. If you want the package sent again, original shipping will be added.

How do I pay with my Gift Card?
Our Gift Cards are only valid in our physical store in Malmö, at Södra Förstadsgatan 25-27.
